得知外孫女參加「香港青年舞蹈家協會」舉辦的《全港青少年舞蹈精英大賽2026》，我們便全家出動，為她打氣。 比賽分為兒童組、中童組、少年組和青少年組四個年齡段。外孫女今年九歲，屬於中童組，她學校參賽的舞蹈節目是《喜慶霸王鞭》。 說實話，自從回到香港定居，我已有幾十年沒看過舞蹈表演。回想八十年代在廣州，因弟妹都在歌舞團工作，常有機會看排練和演出，但那時都是專業演員的表演，與眼前的情景不可同日而語。今天來看小學生演出，卻絲毫沒有讓我失望，因為每個團體的表現都頗具水準。而且她們的道服都設計得挺好，頗有民族風格和特色。 舞蹈比賽的評審標準，通常由技術性、表現力、編排創意、音樂節奏感和整體完成度五個維度構成。 技術性與規範性，是打分的基石，評審關注身體的控制力、平衡、柔韌以及動作線條是否乾淨俐落。表現力與情感，看舞者是否真正理解音樂和作品內涵，優秀的舞者不僅能完成動作，更能透過表情、眼神和肢體語言傳遞情緒，把觀眾帶入情境之中。編排與創意，主要考察舞蹈的空間運用、層次變化、隊形流動性，以及動作銜接是否流暢自然，在創作類比賽中，新穎的主題與巧妙的動作設計往往成為重要加分項。節奏與音樂，關鍵在於動作是否精準踩在節拍上，以及能否呈現出旋律、鼓點甚至休止符，高級別的演出常追求「人舞合一」，用身體去「演奏」音樂。整體形象與完成度，則包括服裝是否符合作品主題，有無道具失誤或摔倒等，在團體舞中，整齊度是核心指標，任何不一致都會直接影響分數。 比賽結果：《喜慶霸王鞭》獲金獎。 Upon learning that our granddaughter was participating in the "Hong Kong Young Dancers Association" organized "Hong Kong Youth Dance EliteCompetition 2026," our entire family turned out to cheer her on. The competition was divided into four age groups: Children, Junior Children, Youth, and Tranddaughter is nine years old this year, placing her in the Junior Children group. The dance piece her school entered was titled "Joyful Ba Wang Bian." To be honest, sinreturning to settle in Hong Kong, I hadn't watched a dance performance for decades. Recalling the 1980s in Guangzhou, as my younger siblings workedng and dance troupes, I often had the chance to watch rehearsals and performances, but those were performances by professional actors, which cannot be compared to the scene before me ty. Coming to watch elementary school students perform did not disappoint me in the slightest, as the performance of every group was quite impressive. Moreover, their costumes were well-designed, possessing a disethnic style and character. The judging criteria for dance competitions are typically composed of five dimensions: technique, expressiveness, choreographic creativity, musicality, and overall completion. Technique ndardization form the foundation of scoring. Judges focus on body control, balance, flexibility, and whether the movement lines are clean and crisp. Expressiveness and emotion examine whether the dancer trulyerstands the music and the essence of the work. Excellent dancers not only complete the movements but also convey emotions through facial expressions, eye contact, and body language, drawing the audience ino the scene. Choreography and creativity mainly assess the use of space, changes in layering, the fluidity of formations, and whether the transitions between movements are smooth and natural.competitions, novel themes and ingenious movement designs often become significant bonus points. Rhythm and music are key to whether the movements precisely hit the beat and can present the melod, drumbeats, and even rests. High-level performances often pursue the "unity of dancer and dance," using the body to "play" the music. Overall image and completion include whether the umes fit the theme of the work, and whether there were any prop mishaps or falls. In group dances, uniformity is a core indicator, and any inconsistency will directly affect score. Competition Result: "Joyful Ba Wang Bian" won the Gold Award.
