3月26日至4月5日，香港中環迎來一場展品可吃的展覽——「藝嚐展」。展覽打破「藝術太深奧」的固有印象，透過十個受不同藝術流派啟發的沉浸式展區，結合精緻的創意美食，展開一場前所未有的多重感官之旅。 今日，我帶大家直擊這場可以吃的藝術展。 第一展廳以新普普藝術為靈感，名為「Pop It!」，訪客可品嚐玩味十足的氣球狗啫喱甜點「普普氣球狗啫喱」。 第二展廳以香港當代藝術為靈感，名為「The Magic Makers」，訪客可品嚐絲滑黑朱古力外殼包裹蓬鬆棉花糖內餡的「小鴨朱古力」。 第三展廳以現代主義為靈感，名為「Roll With It」，訪客可品嚐天然鮮果酸甜風味的「七彩絲帶」。 第四展廳以表現主義為靈感，名為「Drip」，訪客可品嚐口感清怡、帶有淡淡甜味的飲品「流彩」。 第五展廳以概念藝術為靈感，名為「Go Bananas!」，訪客可品嚐以天然蜂蠟包裹的新鮮香蕉「一口脆皮香蕉」。 第六展廳以超現實主義為靈感，名為「Feast Your Eyes」，訪客可品嚐於幼滑椰子奶凍上覆以亮澤黑芝麻「魚子」的「盒中寶」。 第七展廳以錯視藝術為靈感，名為「Blue-tiful」，訪客可品嚐聯乘品牌 Social Goods Modern Bakery 注入藍莓吉士的牛角包撻「歐普藍蛋」。 第八展廳以印象派為靈感，名為「Bloomin' Marvellous」，訪客可品嚐以藝術花束造型呈現的佛卡夏麵包「花漾」。 第九展廳以空間主義為靈感，名為「Cabinet of Curiosities」，訪客可品嚐色彩亮麗、內藏多款驚喜夾心的「朱古力 bon bon」。 第十展廳以新水墨運動為靈感，名為「Frogtopia」，訪客可品嚐以蛙王藝術造型呈現的鹹香巴馬臣芝士餅乾「蛙餅」。 年輕人都對這個展覽感興趣，外孫女直言喜歡這樣的展覽。 
From March 26 to April 5, Hong Kong's Central district hosted an exhibition where the exhibits are edible—the "Art TastExhibition." Breaking the stereotype that "art is too esoteric," the exhibition combines ten immersive zones inspired by different art movements with exquisite creative cuisine, embarking on an unprecedented sory journey. Today, I take you on a tour of this edible art exhibition. The first gallery, inspired by Neo-Pop Art and named "Pop It!", features the ful "Pop Art Balloon Dog Jelly" dessert. The second gallery, inspired by Hong Kong Contemporary Art and named "The Magic Makers," offers the "Little Duck Chocolate," a silky dacolate shell encasing a fluffy marshmallow filling. The third gallery, inspired by Modernism and named "Roll With It," features the "Colorful Ribbons" with a swsour natural fruit flavor. The fourth gallery, inspired by Expressionism and named "Drip," offers the refreshing drink "Flowing Colors" with a hint of sweetness. The firy, inspired by Conceptual Art and named "Go Bananas!", features the "One-Bite Crispy Banana," a fresh banana wrapped in natural beeswax. The siry, inspired by Surrealism and named "Feast Your Eyes," offers the "Treasure in a Box," a silky coconut jelly topped with glossy black sesame "c The seventh gallery, inspired by Optical Art and named "Blue-tiful," features the "Op Blue Egg," a croissant tart from the brand Social Goods Modern Bakery filled with blerry custard. The eighth gallery, inspired by Impressionism and named "Bloomin' Marvellous," offers the "Floral," a focaccia bread shaped like an artic bouquet. The ninth gallery, inspired by Spatialism and named "Cabinet of Curiosities," features the "Chocolate Bonbon," brightly colored with various surprise fillings insideenth gallery, inspired by the New Ink Movement and named "Frogtopia," offers the "Frog Biscuit," a savory Parmesan cheese cookie shaped like Frog art. Young people are very interested in this exhibition, and my granddaughter frankly stated that she likes this kind of exhibition.
